I had agoraphobia so bad I couldn't drive 15 minutes from my house.

Panic-triggered diarrhea since I was 15 — at airports, concerts, anywhere uncertain. I got high before social events just to participate in my own life.

By my late twenties, I'd built a six-figure business — all from home, because my body wouldn't let me work anywhere else. From the outside I looked fine. Inside, the box kept shrinking. I knew I had panic attacks before. I knew it sometimes came on at the airport or when I felt stuck.
