Boosting Immunity: The Spiritual Approach to Staying Healthy

We are getting to that time of year when kids go back to school, the weather drops and people start to get sick.
Most people think that you come in close contact with someone with germs and then boom you are sick and spread it to everyone else.
Most people think all you can do about this is try to protect your health physically, take some vitamins, or tinctures, eat well, and hope for the best.
That stuff can help but really health starts at a spiritual level.
The “space” around us isn’t just air, especially not if we believe that germs hang out in the air around us haha.
Either way, the space around us contains energy, ideally YOUR energy.
Science has described this as a magnetic or B field around the body. Mystics might call this space the energy body, or the Auric field.
When someone gets sick, it is energy that is moving through their auric field, almost like a life lesson in energetic form that is moving through. It could be that this energy is primarily around their “crown” at the top of their head, or that it moves through this field into their sinuses or stomach or wherever else. It is the person's own journey through adjusting to a new energy that is in the world.
Just like there are thousands of new chemicals introduced into the environment over the years, there are also new energies, encoded with information.
We might call these viruses the energy that sits in our auric field or “space” long enough to become physical.
So then what happens? Well, one person starts going their own personal journey with this new energy and someone near them starts to be aware of it (if even only unconsciously) and their energy fields might start to merge as they often do in day-to-day life, and then the next person takes on some of that energy and has their own journey or growth period with it.
So what can you do to stay healthy? You can keep your aura hygiene up and keep your personal energy in your own auric bubble and not mix and match energies with other people.
