Mastering Your Energy: The Key to Vibrant Living

How are you feeling? Is life wearing you down? Or do you feel vibrant and alive?

There will always be moments in life where we don’t feel our best, where we don’t have as much energy as we’d like, or where we don’t have as good of an attitude as we’d like.

Some people will think that their energy levels or mood are the effect of their day, the effect of whatever is happening to them, and nothing more. Nothing they can do about it.

Someone with a bit more insight might realize that shifting their mood, shifting their energy is what actually will change how they relate to what is happening to them.
They step out of being the victim and realize they are the cause and the effect of their life.

So how do you create that state change? Is it a fancy supplement? A new routine? Caffeine?

Sure you can try to do those physical things to get more energy, sometimes it works, sometimes not as much. Some people try jumping on a trampoline, playing some music, and pumping themselves up, some try exercise or caffeine, or various other things to get that state change that they are looking for.
(and that’s cool, it can help)

All of those physical activities require time and the means to get them or to go do the thing, and sometimes they aren’t long-lasting. The energy you get from your workout sometimes leaves you tired later on as your body recovers, the “energy” you got from the caffeine leaves your adrenals fatigued and you are more tired later.

So how do you do a state change that doesn’t have a crash?
Well, it’s all energy! You can command and shift energy through visual meditations, through energy work.

Whenever I feel super tired and out of it, almost unable to function at all, and within 15-30 minutes of a good visual energy work meditation I am back to feeling calmly energized, conscious, and clear again.

I am often surprised by how well this works. Everything is energy, even that tiredness, even that fatigue, that pain. When we clear it and use these positive visual commands for energy, we effectively create a state change.

This happens quickly for me due to years of practice being aware of my spiritual anatomy, and the energetics that make up our lives.
Some people call this our aura, or our chakras, some call it our energy, or life force.
When you know (and see) how your energy runs, you can start to be aware of the changes that are needed to create healing and a boost in energy.

It becomes simple maintenance. And like all maintenance, if you do it daily, it's easy, if you let it pile up and only do it once a month it's hard!

When you are starting out it may feel hard and the effects might be less obvious but as you start to really clean up your system and get it running smoothly again you start to feel like an entirely different person! You no longer could imagine your life without this efficiency and clarity that the meditation practice has brought.
