Empowering Your Day: The Power of Positive Thoughts and Emotions

What do you do to start your day off on the right foot?
For me I like to establish some healthy daily habits.
Daily habits do make a difference in how the rest of our life goes.
I am not just talking about bio hacks, routines, or daily practices.
I am talking about your thoughts, what you are envisioning for yourself, your self-talk, and emotions.

Most people go through life letting any old thought or feeling that comes up take the reins of their day.

You might think well that’s certainly not me, and you might be right!
But I think that a lot of us get in the habit of giving our thoughts and feelings way more merit than they deserve.

What I mean by this is that we start to bump into things in our day that may bring up worries, concerns, anger, frustration, and maybe it makes us think something negative about ourselves or another.

These thoughts or images that we are holding about our life or ourselves aren’t just sitting there collecting dust but they are informing your nervous system, informing your body and soul.

You have probably heard the saying your thoughts create your reality!
Well, that’s true to some extent but what you imagine really creates your reality, and your thoughts are usually based on what you are imagining.

Say someone texts you and you perceive their comment to be passive-aggressive or inconsiderate. Maybe they didn’t mean it that way, they were just in a hurry but how you imagined that they said it informed how you felt about the message. It created the thoughts and then the emotions.

So if we are undisciplined in our minds, we are letting our thoughts and emotions run our lives.

Psychic work teaches us positive, powerful, and easy-to-use visual tools to shift the energy that keeps us stuck in thoughts/emotional patterns.

Psychic work gives you the opportunity to choose your thoughts, choose your emotions, choose your life!

A really simple way to start with this is, when you are thinking a thought that isn’t productive (even if you think it is true) ask yourself, would I want to be friends with someone who talks the way I am currently thinking?
Is this thought creating the reality I want to live in or is it feeding fear, stress, and lies?

If the answer is that you don’t find it to be a helpful thought (or emotion) see that thought as a color, an energy cloud within you.

Maybe you even want to see it as a rock since it is mentally/emotionally weighing you down.

Let that rock collect up the energy of that thought and throw it off in the distance (visually in your mind) and let it explode in a flash of light.

It may sound really silly but if you start to practice mindfulness and stop those thoughts in their tracks, they will lose their power over you and over time, after doing it many times, you will be free of the mental pattern and free from that negative energy in your life!
